Recycled Polymers

Green Muscat is committed to sustainability, and our range of recycled polymers reflects this. We offer high-quality recycled materials that help reduce environmental impact without compromising performance. Our recycled polymers are thoroughly tested to meet industry standards for quality and consistency.

Recycled Polyethylene (rPE)

Our recycled HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE grades are sourced from post-industrial and post-consumer waste. The materials are processed to retain mechanical properties close to virgin polymers, making them suitable for applications in packaging, construction, and industrial products. We provide rPE with melt flow rates (MFR) ranging from 0.2 to 5.0 g/10 min, ensuring compatibility with various manufacturing processes like extrusion, blow molding, and injection molding.

Recycled Polypropylene (rPP)

rPP offers an eco-friendly alternative to virgin polypropylene, suitable for use in automotive, packaging, and consumer products. With mechanical properties comparable to virgin PP, recycled PP is ideal for injection molding and thermoforming applications. Available in both homopolymer and copolymer grades, our rPP is used by industries seeking to reduce their carbon footprint while maintaining product performance.

Recycled PET (rPET)

Our rPET is sourced from post-consumer PET bottles and industrial waste. With intrinsic viscosity (IV) ranging from 0.75 to 0.82 dL/g, it is suitable for use in food packaging, textile fibers, and industrial applications. The material meets global standards for food contact and is an essential part of circular packaging solutions, helping to reduce plastic waste.

Recycled PVC

Recycled PVC is an excellent choice for companies looking to minimize their environmental impact without sacrificing material performance. Available in both flexible and rigid forms, recycled PVC retains key properties such as chemical resistance, durability, and processability. Typical applications include pipes, profiles, and construction materials. We also offer custom formulations for specific client needs, with K-values ranging from 60 to 68.
